Hey! If you haven’t been following my rebate app posts, that’s okay. Let me catch you up. I started using Ebates, Ibotta, Swagbucks and APay a few months ago. It all started when I bought a band card from my son’s school. It has been a super easy experience that saved me $100+ in about 2 months.
Once I learned how to use the apps, I decided to compare them for anyone else debating on the value of using rebate apps. So let’s jump into it!
What to know about Swagbucks
Swagbucks is an app that allows you to earn cash back on online purchases and pays you to answer surveys. You earn reward points for doing things like searching the web, shopping, watching videos and answering surveys. Since I have been using four rebate apps, I will admit that Swagbucks doesn’t always offer the highest percent cash back. In fact, I haven’t used it for any of my online purchases. What I have been using Swagbucks for is to take daily polls and surveys and search the web to to earn reward points.
It’s really a way for me to waste time and earn money while doing it! I use Swagbucks sitting at the doctors office, in the school pick up line, while watching tv, basically anywhere. This month I used my reward points to donate to charity. I donated 150 points to Doctors Without Borders. It was super simple to do right from the app.
When you redeem your rewards points, you will do so in the form of a gift card. They have so many gift card options including Amazon, so it’s really convenient.
How to join Swagbucks
If you think Swagbucks is the app for you, use my link: https://www.swagbucks.com/?cmd=sb-register&rb=48556967&cmp=197&cxid=2000-app
Once you join you can refer friends and begin earning!
I’m recommending Swagbucks as better than any other rebate app, not because it has the highest percentages on purchase rebates, but because it’s a great way to earn reward points without buying anything. If you’re only looking to use one app, this one is the best choice for you!
